"I was rear ended last year, and took my truck into D&S for repairs. I worked with the office manager at the time to schedule repairs, but every time I came in there was a delay and they weren't ready to do the work. This happened 3 times before the work was finally worked on, and I didn't feel my time was being respected. The only reason I didn't leave a negative review at the time was Rob, who did the paint. When he realized how much I'd been bounced around by the manager, he worked extra hours to get the truck finished by the time it was to be picked up. This year I bought a vehicle with a rebuilt title that just needed some paint done, so I thought of Rob again and reached out for a quote. When I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the old manger was gone. Tommy, the new office manager, was great to work with. He promptly communicated the timeline for the work, realized a part was missing from the repair work already done, and had my truck ready when they said it would be...and the paint looked great. So if you had issues with them in the past I'd try them again. Thank you!"

"We met Jeremy at the WAAAM Traffic Jam last weekend and told him of the situation with a busted side mirror on our 2017 RAM truck which we use to tow a 5th wheel. A brand new replacement would cost more than $1,000 plus the labor to install so we asked if he could suggest any alternatives. We are full-time RVers so he knew we needed this handled pretty quickly. On Monday he got right on it and found the piece we needed. He ordered it and when it came in it was perfect except for one broken piece which he was able to locate and snap right into place. We took our truck in yesterday and within 20 minutes the "new to us" mirror was installed, looks great and works perfectly....and all for half what we would have paid for a new one! Jeremy was very responsive when I called and if he didn't happen to be available, Danielle, the office manager always took care of me. I would also like to thank the young man who actually installed the mirror but forgot to ask for his name. Thank you D & S Frame & Body Shop! They know their business and are excellent at it!"

"Highly recommend. If ever needing to again, I will take my truck to these awesome folks! Not the stereotypical auto shop that is there to take your money. These guys genuinely care about the work they put in and customer service. Jeremy helped tremendously with my thousand questions and helped with my disorganizing schedule.
