"I bought 4 tires and scheduled an alignment and installation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the tires would not be available until later that week. But they could do the alignment. I told them to go ahead with the alignment and I’ll buy the tires from someone else. Then the rep told me he could have the tires later that day. I got the alignment done, but never got a call from the rep. I came in to the store before closing and they told me the rep had gone home and they had no information about any tires for me. Last week the dealer told me my car had never had an alignment done. I need a new set of tires and an alignment. Called Les Schwab and was told alignments have a 30-day warranty. I’m out $120 for the fake alignment and $1,000 for the tires. I was a fool to ever trust Les Schwab."

From the technician that met me at my car with a flat tire… to the staff at check-in when I got to the store… to the crew and manager, Mark, who helped find the nail and get me back on my way… They all gave excellent service and were incredibly nice. "Had a tire start to lose tread on interstate 84 just west of Hood River. Called Les Schwabs and the came out and took care of putting the spare on my trailer since my truck jack could not handle the 13000lbs load. They had replacement tires with exact fitment so I tossed the 8 ply and had them put on 10s. Thanks team Hood River for the Excellent service."
