"Was in town for festival of the dark arts. Stopped by and asked for seating. Was asked if we had a reservation, and we did not. Was not aware that reservations were needed. Was given the impression that seating was going to be hard to find for us, but did find two seats at the bar. (The restaurant didn’t seem to be as full as was indicated. Saw several tables open through the visit. The bar did seem to clear out as well.) We did put in an appetizer order and it seemed to take quite a while to arrive. I didn’t time it. When we got the opportunity to order entrees, it took 36 minutes for them to arrive. I know this is not fast food and they could have been short staffed that night, but unsure why we weren’t kept updated about the arrival of our dishes. The food was good and I’d give them another chance….when back in town….and to remember to make a reservation as well."

"The staff members were the best we have EVER seen. The bartender and hostess multi tasked at an unbelievable speed. The rib eye and porkchops were so juicy and seasoned well. Wish there were more seafood options which we come for on the coast. But, we understand, it was a cold, wet day on the coast - but nothing an old PNW couple can't handle. THANK YOU so much!"

"Saga was an amazing server. Best old fashioned in Astoria. Duck confit was amazing. Ribeye cooked to perfection. Cioppiono was perfect. not over cooked liked like many other places."

"Everything was exquisite. I love a good upscale restaurant. Sound was perfect. Not to loud. And music great. Our server Maddie was so sweet kind and helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. We came in on a Thursday. Who could pass up a $10 scrumptious gourmet burger. We will be back. Can’t wait to try the Moroccan Curry and the Rib Eye."

"Beautiful environment. Friendly staff. Looked like the nicest place in town walking through the area. I expected more from the food & drink via the decor & the price. They should only be serving diver scallops because mine were full of sand. The cocktail was okay, not fabulous."
