"Only one wash work both drains are clogged in the floor place was disgusting nobody cleans up after themselves nobody to check and make sure that it's staying clean."
"It was nice to get my dog in and washed. I thought the website said there were dryers which I couldn't find. Deodorant/colognes didnt seem to work. Water was warm to hot which was great on a freezing day. This was our first time. Next time we'll bring our own shampoos and towels since nothing seemed available unless you had additional quarters."
"Ten bucks for ten minutes is pretty expensive. Card machines don't work and either do all the soaps. They just mix the soap in with the water hose anyway so you're better off bringing your own. Go to pet supplies plus instead."
"I definitely recommend if you have a "normal" size dog! I have a German Shepherd / Great Dane mix. The tub was definitely big enough to accommodate his size and seemed secure enough to support his weight. Unfortunately, the sides of the tub made it easy for him to jump out because of his long legs. He was simply too tall for this. The tie out / leash that is attached to the tub to keep your dog in there was too short for a tall dog. He was nearly choking himself the entire time he got his bath. The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything to me because this was my first time utilizing shiny dog. I would definitely bring my smaller dogs here but unfortunately it just isn't built for Great Dane sized dogs."
"Well, Been Bringing Abby-Girl to Shiny Dog Dog wash since the first time with Angella years ago, Abby does really well here, Your in your own room with your pet so it's more private and Abby likes that, She goes in looking like a Black Lab and comes out looking like a Fluffy poodle, Shiny and clean and she smells FRESH, Thank you Shiny , ;-)"
