"I have a very large and easily frightened pup. We had met Marci at some volunteer work she does with animals in the community and she was able to work with Gabby and keep her calm. I decided to try grooming prior to the holidays as I can't do it easily myself. Marci was very patient with her and took her time, not forcing things. I took in a rather odiferous pup and got back a beautiful, sweet smelling dog, ready to greet our guests for the holidays :)"
