"Staff was friendly and courteous. The location had several restaurants within walking distance that were very good. There is a Costco and a brewery also in walking distance. If going to EPIC had twice a day shuttle as well as being a 10 min trip. The shuttle drivers are terrific good recommendation and go out of their way to be helpful and informative."
"I often stay at Hyatt Place because of consistent great service. The Hyatt place in Verona was no exception, wonderful staff, Lily was a great bartender and server. The pool is very nice and the rooms were extremely clean."
"Great hotel with nice rooms and accomodations. The highlight of my stay was visiting "Vinnie the bartender." Make sure you stop by and see him even if your not staying at the hotel. Make sure you check out his hand picked whiskey. You will not be disappointed! It was nice after a cold day to come back to the room and stop by for a few rounds before you head up to the room. Thank you Vinnie for the good conversations and memories. I hope to see you again."
"This place is AMAZING. Perfect place to stay for a game day in Madison. The staff were so nice and the whole place felt very new. I've never stayed at a place that made me think I spent over $500 per night. Also, the best hotel breakfast ever. Made us not want to find a brunch place in town and eat at the hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here"
"GORGEOUS hotel! I was so impressed for it being a Hyatt Place. The bed was a little hard for my personal preference but the room overall was beautiful and I really loved that the bathroom door had an automatic slow shut on it to keep it as quiet as possible over night. Breakfast was nice and the hotel overall looked very clean! We didn’t use meeting rooms or pool/fitness center. Only weird thing was when we checked out on a Saturday morning the guy at the front desk was wearing a Simpsons hoody and when I told him we would be checking out of our room his response was “……ok???” It was just a strange interaction. But other than that, we loved our stay and my 3 year old daughter keeps asking to go back :)"
