"I went into Kwik Trip to grab a coffee, and when I went to check out, I accidentally swiped my rewards card the wrong way and the manager was extremely rude and condescending about the whole thing. It’s sad considering my fiancé and I are both regular customers there and both have the Kwik Trip Rewards cards. I will definitely not be going back to this location."
"I waited 45 minutes for my curbside order and they never brought it to me and I never got it. Wouldn’t answer the phone after calling several times. Never order ahead here. Terrible customer service and a waste of money."
