Go back to receptionist, get sent back to nobody answering! Going on 20 minutes now! She said they are there, apparently they don’t want our money."

"They said a part would be there in a day.. took over a week and I “fell through the cracks” and waited two more days for a call. It wasn’t even the issue. Took over over 2 30 mins to figure out I was still under warranty too. And they said my tires were way lower than they were.. I measured them myself from the wear bars. Their inspection video was just a guy stating what they ordered and “saw”, no actual inspection on the video"
