"We had to call Building Waters when our furnace went out Saturday nightl, 1/13/24 and the next day was a predicted below zero day. The technician arrived within an hour only to tell us that the furnace needed a part which they did not have. He loaned us three space heaters, which were a life saver. We decided to purchase a new furnace because of the age of our furnace. We had to wait until Monday, but the guys were here before 8 a.m. to start the install and by noon, heat was once again on. We really appreciated the quick service, the very nice technicians and salesman, and the professionalism of the company. It made a bad situation tolerable."

"I had an issue with both a tub and a separate shower. Within 24 hours John and John were at my house for an assessment. They were very professional, honest and funny. "I had mold and a tub leak in the basement from previous bathroom work. This bathroom repair was long overdue and I was excited to have the work done. Long story short, my kids and I had to go through Memorial Day weekend (a 3-day weekend) without bathing facilities. After 9-days my small bathroom was completed. Rightfully so, a problem employee lost their job BUT Wesley, a true professional, compensated me with installing a new vanity and sink I very much wanted for the major inconvenience.
