"Rude receptionist, overworked staff, and over booked doctor. I do not recommend them."
"Dean charged our automated premium withdrawal TWICE this fall for 7x the amount due ($2400). Both times, we had to wait 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone; both times, it took over 45 days to be reimbursed for the correct amount. They do not apologize or offer any reimbursement for the trouble. They are polite, but there's no accountability. We have express our disappointment personally to express my disappointment, but nobody seems to care. I offer this review in case others have had similar experiences so there is some shared knowledge of any trends. Thanks!"

"The lady who called me was incredibly rude and snotty, so I told her shes rude and hung up. Both times Ive interacted with their "Customer Service" reps....I wished they would fall off the face of the planet."
