"After my husband Kenneth Ohl lost his ear 3 years ago to cancer he never wanted to go anywhere. He became depressed and didn’t even want people around. We were given the name of the Medical Art Prosthetics but knew nothing about them. Upon calling we spoke to Maddie Singer who helped us set up an appointment with her. People knew of her and said good things about her.When we went and she started to show us her work we were thrilled. She is the best, most artistic person we could have went to. "I lost my right middle finger tip due to an accident. I was referred to Maddie Singer, who takes patients in LA. Maddie is a perfectionist who makes the prosthetic as real as possible from details to texture to color matching. Her consistent follow-up to make sure that I'm comfortable and I'm able to use the finger tip during my everyday activity, such as typing, showed how passionate she is with her work. These visits spanned the entire process of initial impressions and creation of a surgical template for placement of my implants to final painting and fitting of my prosthesis.
