I need help and where am I supposed to get it if my own doctors do not listen? Find someplace else. Save your emotional and physical energy for someone that will listen and act."

"Saw the Doctor, she said I needed an x-ray, well for some reason they do not accept my Insurance. Medicare parts A&B, go figure. So now I have to find somewhere that takes my Insurance, get a ride and get an x-ray there without a referral. Stupid, right? Waste of gas, my time,my rides time and the fine doctors. Frustrating."

"Hands down the most dysfunctional clinic in the Froedtert system. Drs. Petersen and Endrizzi - have never left high school with their childish thinking. Even the Office manager doesn’t return phone calls. Don’t waste your time."

"This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have been experiencing pain and issues with my neck since 2007 due to two motor vehicle accidents as well as a bad fall. My coworker recommended Froedtert’s Spine Center so I figured why not. First off I get in there and the PA Megan obviously didn’t do any research nor really care about my history. She didn’t ask what I did for work nor was she interested. She told me that it’s common for someone to suffer from severe disc degeneration at the age of 44. When I told her that I believe my neck issues maybe causing Vertgio she basically told me she’s never heard of that. See below ⬇️ I have been dealing with this pain for years, I’ve done my research. Cervical spondylosis (advanced neck osteoarthritis) may be another potential cause of neck-related dizziness. This condition causes your vertebrae and neck disks to wear and tear over time. This is called degeneration, and it can put pressure on the spinal cord or spinal nerves and block blood flow to the brain and inner ear. A slipped disk alone (herniated) can do the same thing without any spondylosis. She also kept trying to push chiropractic care on me. I was advised by my neurologist years ago to stay away from the chiropractor. When I explained to her that my neurologist advised against chiropractic care, she smirked as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Again had she looked into my history she would not have questioned it. As far physical therapy goes they made an attempt to schedule me. After sitting there for ten minutes I found out that they latest they can schedule an appointment is 3:15 pm. So if your employed good luck scheduling an appointment if it’s not work comp related. That’s when I decided to tell the nice woman in scheduling that this clinic just wasn’t a good fit for me. I will be returning to the Orthopedic Institute of WI. They always treated me well and I never had any issues like I did at this clinic. This clinic is definitely all about making their money vs patient care."

"This facility has honest health care providers that do not present themselves as something they are not. The staff includes Chiropractors (DC) and Physician Assistants (PA) who present as Chiropractors & Physician Assistants and not Medical Doctors. They are affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin and health insurance recognizes them as legitimate health care providers. Their care was appropriate and not strung out over many months of weekly "adjustments"."
