"What a nice, quiet little park in a nice neighborhood. It has everything most kids would want and then some. Slides? Check. Swings? Check. Jungle gym? Check. Monkey bars? Check. It has a nice little field for soccer or football games along with a pathway around it if one is inclined to do laps for exercise. Leashed cats and dogs are welcome. All other animals are prohibited, so leave Billy Bob the Boa Constrictor at home. There are multiple tables for eating or birthday parties. There are a handful of benches as well. Off in the shade are some porta-potties in case of emergency. The park was clean with o it a little bit of litter left by some Neanderthal. This park may not be as big as Dennis the Menace, but it isn’t as busy either. We did visit on a Friday afternoon and only three other families sauntered in and out within the hour we were there. A lovely little spot to take your tyke, to read, or just enjoy the sun."

"This was a great park for the grandkids. 11 years and 9 months. My baby grandson loves the swing, its just his size, also my oldest grandson was playing and having fun on the big grass field and the apparatus. We and the family had a great time."

"This is a great park away from the hustle and bustle of life, but only a half mile or so off of Reservation Rd. The playground area is sand, so it's fun and relatively safe. The obstacles are fun enough for my 11 year-old daughter, yet my 3 year-old son can easily maneuver around. There are 3 or 4 picnic tables, just as many benches. Shade is limited, but it's called Windyhill Park for a reason so bring a wind breaker even during summer. Aside from the playground, there is a grassy area, probably 25 yards wide by 50 yards or so long, which looks like a great place for a pick-up football or soccer game. I did notice a portable outhouse near the row of eucalyptus trees, but I didn't frequent it. Overall, it's a fun park. Parking is limited to curbside, there is not a dedicated parking lot. I don't think dogs are allowed. I wouldn't chance it."

"It's not especially user-friendly to kids under five years old. My three year old had a hard time with the equipment. There is a swing set with two regular and two baby swings. There are assorted slides, a bridge, some monkey bars, and other climbing equipment. The playground area is sandy. That said, the park was relatively quiet, very clean, and was being used by kids of the appropriate age level and there weren't any lurkers."

"Public parks are not always respected by members of the community and this one definitely shows the disrespect. There is light graffiti, and randomly equipment will appear broken. The city does a decent job replacing the broken equipment."
