"Had at 3:45 appointment was then told Dr. Wong was running an hour and a half behind. Nurse then said if we wanted to be seen on time we went to the wrong doctor. WHO SAYS THAT!?!? Horrible service regardless of doctor 2 hour waits are unacceptable when we get a charge if we are 5 minutes late. Absolutely horrible staff and nurse on 9/7/2022"
