I have lab work that needs to be mailed out bi-weekly and seek them out instead of going with FedEx who is recommended by my actual doctor, because I know they are more reliable."
"The woman that helped with shipping item was very helpful and friendly. However the woman doing Amazon returns, was rude, loud, and was eavesdropping on my conversation and assuming I was talking about her. Called to speak to management and the “owner” answered and was even ruder. Beware of this UPS store"

"July 24th, 2023 9:50 am. The woman was very rude and i will not be coming back!!!!!! One star just to register my review, otherwise 0 stars. The gentleman was very polite and professional. Update from above review: After posting my original review, I was contacted by the owner. She had a genuine concern regarding my experience, as an individual customer, not just someone who posted a negative review. After discussing the situation I had to realize we all have responsibilities behind the scenes. Amazon returns are more chaotic than I realized and I could have handled my end of the situation better as well. After speaking with the owner I got a real sense of how important customer satisfaction is to her and appreciated the follow up on her end. Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath and accept we are all human. On that note, I will be returning to their location with a little more understanding. Thank you for the follow up. "I always felt anxious coming to this location due to other poor reviews. However, I've been there probably over a half-dozen times and have been met with prompt and friendly service, consistently-regardless if I waited in a line or not. The folks I've interacted with are friendly, professional, and personable."
