"I’ve been seeing a lot of complaints about the poor customer service online about this specific McDonald’s lately and I usually ignore those type of posts because you never know what someone is going through that day. But when I went there today is solidified how accurate people are when they say the lady blonde (very) young lady at the first window has a TERRIBLE attitude. It’s not ok to be customer facing and to take your frustrations out on every single customer. If you hate your job and people, go work at a factory. The first window people always make a world of a difference how a customer foresees their entire visit. Management needs to handle this issue as it is clearly ongoing based on the other review I have just skimmed as well."
