Missed opportunity there, always work the add ons to make sales and ensure the customer has everything they need! Pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in though, that's a plus."

"I called over them over the phone and I asked if they have any 1/2 digital torque wrenches in stock because the one I bought 3 months ago stopped working they said I’m not sure what that means let me get a manager to see if we have any they said no they didn’t and then I showed up there because I was in the visiting someone in the area maybe 1 hour later and see like 14 of them on the shelf. Then to top it all off I had a 2 year warranty and they tried saying because it’s a new product I have to buy the warranty again then they asked for my id and phone number then the manager came After about 30min"
