"I was wanting a salad, stopped here to get one... This is what I got for $10.... The bowl wasn't even full.. And I asked for more after it was made they charge you $2 more for a salad over a 6 inch sub, and you don't get much, this was the cheapest salad offered too. The one man gave me a look when I asked for more added too. Doubt I'll be back"
"Cancelled my mobile order for using a coupon and rewards points. When I showed up to pick up my sandwhich there was nothing there. New male owner offered to make the sandwhich for me anyways and then proceeded to charge me full price. Won’t be coming back."
"My mom and I stopped here last week. When we arrived we noticed that there was a deal for $5 if you buy 2 footlongs. We asked just to clarify if this was online only. I also asked the young lady to put my rewards number in. Then I asked how much cookies were. She seemed very irritated as if she did not want to help us. This is not my first time having this experience at this location with the younger staff! I prefer the Subway in Cedarburg as the staff there are friendlier and provide better customer service. I am sorry for irritating your staff with my simple questions. Maybe they need to learn customer service skills 101?? Just a thought. I work in customer service too, so I understand how difficult it can be. But making a little effort would go a long way."
"This is a smaller subway store, so not lots of sitting room. But the place was very clean. And everything was well stocked. There were two younger ladies working behind the counter and were very friendly."
