"There was a lady working at 12:41pm on Monday, March 11th, who almost seemed to demand I use "the kiosk" instead of waiting in line. There was 1 person at the counter and me... I prefer to have the people in the store handle my packages and print lables off and whatnot. If I wanted to do it, I would work there... she was very RUDE in a "nice" way if you know what I mean. She acted like I was an idiot for wanting her to do her job. Thanks for the terrible service, UPS Store!"
"Very disappointed by my experience here. I've used UPS to ship a couple packages before and have had good service. I visited the store last Thursday to due an Amazon return and the guy working the store cut me off midsentence when he found out I was doing an Amazon return and instructed me to use the kiosk. I did, but the kiosk told me to "please see an associate." By the time I got back in line, 3 other people had gotten ahead of me and there was only one person working at the counter despite there being at least 2 others in the store. I waited for 5 minutes and the line hadn't moved. I eventually had to leave to pick up my child from daycare. Very frustrating to waste my time like that and have much poor customer service."
"The customer service I received at this store was EXCEPTIONAL! The manager (I believe) took her time, treated all of my items with care, and made sure I was taken care of. It was really the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!"
"Sharon is not a friendly person. Not helpful. I was trying to return some items and she was wearing an offensive amount of perfume that immediately set off my asthma and allergies. I asked for a tissue and she refused. I asked for a tissue or toilet paper, something. Finally she asked a guy in the back to get me some toilet paper. She was rude throughout the service, and gave me the shipping bags to throw away myself. I asked if she could throw it away and she refused. Read the other bad reviews about Sharon."
"Does not close at 7. I stopped by around 5pm and found the Open sign to be off and the inside lights mostly turned off. There was a guy near the front window so they must have closed not long before I came by. I drove from Sparta to return an Amazon package. I would be much more annoyed if I didn't happen to have other business in La Crosse. Oh well. Maybe it saved me from a run in with Sharon."
