"I would give them no stars if the option was available. We had an agreement on a bike, and just now, at a little after 5:00 when I had an appointment at 10:00 AM tomorrow to pay for the bike and pick it up, they called to tell me they sold it out from under me. A man's word is all he has in life, especially in the Harley world. They have no ethics or honor. They should not have a Harley dealership. Don't do business with them."
"We went in and had a pleasant experience until the purchase process and lack of communication between the department. We purchased a used Indian from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. Their answers consistently were, "we don't touch Indians, sorry." Then why sell them? It has been nothing but a nightmare and now looking at legal action."
