"Avoid this service center at all costs. Waste of time and money with zero communication. Gave me the run around for months and never got my parts delivered while keeping my truck for weeks. Ended up with the same issues I brought it in with and wasted months there. Find a different service center that actually cares."

"Do not go here. When Bob Baker ran this place, it was a legitimate good shot since AutoNation has taken over something went horribly wrong. Was quoted $650+ to change a crank case ventilation filter. I was told the filter alone is about $380. Picked one up from auto zone for $105, they are online for $70-80. 30 min job. Had an engine code that I was told is either the turbo or the actuator $3500 or $8k-10k repair. Take it to another shop, and they said if you change out the filter that code will probably go away which it did. When this shop was ran by Bob Baker, I had done all services there. When a shop only has one star reviews heed the advice and stay away"
