"Best computer repair experience I've had! I went in to have them take a look at my desktop and Mikey, who helped me out, was very patient and dedicated to understanding what was going on with my machine. I left my desktop with him on Monday for a system configuration error I had no idea how to deal with. Mikey got it back to me after a few days in perfect working order. Turns out he just needed to reinstall Windows 10 on it for me. Fortunately, I had my important files backed up to a cloud storage so all the data lost by reinstalling the OS was easily recoverable. Happy to have my PC setup back in action as I'm leaving this review from it! Thank you for the swift and comprehensive care!"
