"The pool was cloudy, and the club itself was not all that clean. But the heck with all that. I lost my phone in the club when I was in the pool area… It fell out of my bag. The 24 hour fitness staff member, Marc, showed me how to find my phone on my watch and got my phone back in my hand. Just a super polite and dedicated young man. They have work to do here, but the staff are excellent. Five stars is a result."
"Gym is ok-ish equipped for it's size. However some cardio machines r old and not working. Worse part is the lockers, I can only speak for the male side but is very poorly maintained and cleaned"
"It's ok, I only hope they would upgrade their cardio machines like the other 24hr fitness centers, don't know how it works but alot of monthly fees get paid for some outdated equipment for a 1//3 to 1/2 of their treadmills/stair masters buttons dont work, and treadmills wont raise up/down or stuck in that position, but mostly their treadmills, maybe they should invest in some new updated equipment, just say'n, but overall the place is ok and adequate."
"Very nice employees, when the manager shows up to open that is. Randomly not open like today. Just closed, no sign or anything. This happens a lot. Also since I’m at it, the truth is this place has more broken treadmills than working ones, the just never get repaired, dirty bathrooms, management clearly neglects this branch. If you go across the bridge to San Mateo, you see a totally different thing. They should be sued for treating Hayward people like dirt. UPDATE: (5/12/23) Once again, 6:45am nobody is here. Maybe tomorrow."
