"We called these folks because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and we wanted our pipes snaked. One thing led to another and we found out that whoever did the pipes under our home did an absolutely horrible job. Besides the fact that the PVC pipes that drained from the kitchen into the main was warped and hanging with no support, the pipes under the toilet, bathtub, bathroom sink and shower were the wrong diameter. On top of that we had busted iron pipes that were leaking into the dirt under the house. It was a freaking mess that we had to have fixed. After getting the estimate we were introduced to the guy who was going to do all the work, BENJAMIN ESCARENO. Man, that guy was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He went beyond what others would have never done. He explained every step of the process, and even cleared out all the old rusted pipes that the previous plumbers had left under the house when they did whatever they did down there. It was years old from before we purchased the house. He even took before and after pictures to show us. These folks are helpful, polite, professional and friendly. As for BENJAMIN, I would ask for him if I ever needed another plumber."

Luis Garcia was very knowledgeable, patient and dependable. He answered all my questions and understood what I needed done. He replaced two Anti scald Shower Valves at a good price and with a discount. So I highly recommend Luis Garcia. I had another appointment for a Heater Tune-up with Timothy Tran and he was also professional, thorough and paid attention to detail. He really cleaned, vacuumed my wall heater and got the Pilot reset and it's back online and working! So I am just elated, happy and in a warm house now! I highly recommend Timothy Tran for getting your Heaters and Air Conditioning Tuned- up. I just discovered that Drain Right will repair Washing Machines, so I will be scheduling them for that Repair also!"

"I highly recommend Moises Ramirez. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He came to install a water pressure regulator, but it morphed into a much more complex job due to the way the original plumbing of my house was laid in. Moises explained my different options and their associated costs, as well as the advantages of each. He never tried to pressure me into anything. When I made my repair choice, he explained that he wouldn't be able to finish the job in one day and he would need to come back to finish up. When I explained that I lived 40 miles from that house he volunteered to stay late and finish the same day. The job was a lot of hard work, and was very professionally done. He laid my bricks back in place and it looked great! After he finished he swept up and then even hosed off my walkway and watered the grass he had to remove and re-install. It was a long day of hard work, and it was dark when he finished. I could not be happier with Moises Ramirez and the work he performed. Merry Christmas!"

"Luis Garcia was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He arrived promptly and fixed the toilet clog, he even checked the kitchen sink and bathtub to make sure everything was draining properly. Highly recommend. Only complaint was the office quoting me $45 over the phone, they failed to mention that it was a coupon price and the fine print of the coupon, which of course did not apply to me."
