"I had alterations done here. I asked them to hem a dress for a wedding. I came back to no hem, they had only cut it. They tried to charge $62 and I pointed out that they had only cut and not hemmed. They dropped $12 for not hemming and told me “it’s more difficult to cut than it is to hem” so thats why it was going to be $50. It was completely unethical and very frustrating"

"This is the ONLY dry cleaner I trust in the area. The owner is highly skilled at alterations and mends garments so that one would never know there had been an issue. Her work is impeccable. I run a reselling business and come across many high end items. She has removed so many stains that I’m certain other dry cleaners would not have been able to (without damaging the garment). I don’t see how I could go to any other local dry cleaner after Annie’s. She’s amazing."
