"Western exterminator is the worst company to contract with to service your residence. Poor customer service, they change your appointments without notice lost a day's work, incompetent technicians, and no accountability."

"Waited 3 years to write this. At one time the Western Exterminator company was a company you could trust and they treated their employees with loyalty and dignity. My parent worked for them for over 30 years. Started working there when they were a family owned company, and when it was sold to Rentokil. During which they started treated their employees horribly, increased their services areas and made sure to rush their employees time at people's homes to increase profits and services. When COVID hit they used that opportunity to lay off their most tenured (aka older) employees. Don't waste your money with a company that could care less of their employees and provides sub-par pest control services!"

"This company is a scam. I signed up for the rodent removal service. And the inspector promised me that they would get rid of the rodent and the service come with a one year warranty. I had a bad experience with another company so I wanted him to make sure I would have one year warranty. And he told me to not worry and all their rodent service come with one year warranty. It will be written on their final contract. Which I never received. And he told me I would only pay after they got rid of the rodents. Because they have confidence in their service. And after they remove the rodents they will disinfect my attic and garage. However ends up it is just a scam. They did come set up the traps and the first check up technician came a week later. He supposed to check both attic and garage. But he only checked the garage and noted that “ no rodent caught. Excessive rodent activities.” And just left without letting me know or checking the attic. And a week later, the second technician came. He did check both attic and garage, but he told me that no traps found in garage. So nothing to check in garage. And he told me he set up some new traps and someone will come check the week after. But no more technician came ever after. I called them again and again. No more technicians, and the only thing I received from them is a $1267 invoice. And I called the company again and the lady told me that they only offer one time service. And my one time service already finished. I can sign up for another service. Is this a joke or a scam? Or both? I am paying $1267 and they didn’t catch even one rodent. So $1267 is just for setting up some rodent traps? And the original inspector doesn’t even answers my phone calls anymore."

The explanation given me was so helpful and I was so pleased someone took the time to explain what was being done with patience and understanding. "I wanted to give my business to a local mom and pop shop in Chino as they received excellent reviews on Yelp, but they were unprofessional nor did they provide a booking or reservation confirmation (no paper trail). Even though I confirmed the day for the week and date with them multiple times, they still ended up mixed up the service dates and didn’t show when they told me they would.
