"I took my slacks to get altered and the owner didn’t alter them how I wanted them. So I came back because I wanted to alter them to my liking and was willing to pay. But when I mentioned that they weren’t altered the way I wanted them he rolled his eyes and kept giving me an attitude the whole time. I just wanted to fix the problem since I wear suits a lot and this was my first time altering them at this place. I’m 6’2 on the slimmer side and the way he altered them left me looking like I was back in the 80’s swimming in those slacks. I tried to explain I wanted them tapered more than that since I have all my suits that way. He said “I know what I’m doing, I’m a professional. That’s not how you tailor slacks”??? I’m the customer that is getting his slacks tailored so I’m not sure why I kept getting an attitude when he didn’t tailor them correctly. He didn’t want to fix the problem so when I was about to walk out he changed his mind but still with an attitude. I couldn’t take the attitude anymore so I decided to go to the place I normally go that doesn’t give me these issues. I don’t usually make a big deal about things, but Costumer service is a big deal especially if people are paying and they are just trying to fix the problem that they paid you to fix."

"The center they are in is not great. However when I needed an alteration done last minute the owner stayed open and waited for me to arrive. They made measurements and did the alterations that I needed right then and there. They knew I was pressed for time and they went above and beyond to complete what I needed. I was so impressed with their service."
