"I brought my dress in to be hemmed and the shoulders taken in, I am sad to say that when I went in to pick up my dress I tried it on and it has not been done correctly. So I asked if she could do it again. She was irritated and tried to tell me that I was not standing correctly and that it was not hitting my waist right. I finally talked her into doing it again, and picked it up a week later, she was very irritated that I wanted to try it on again, and I allowed her to bully me into not trying it on. Well silly me, when I got home and tried it on the length was correct but the shoulders are still way to big. Thank goodness I have a friend that can sew and she will save the day for me. I will never be back. O and by the way this is for my son's wedding. Lesson learned by me."
"Although they have a great service and they are very nice people. They lost two of my items and cannot seem to find them. They lost my navy blue linen blazer that I bought for two hundred euros in Italy just a few months ago. They also lost one of my pink linen shirt. When I asked them about my clothes they gave me a very non-chalant response like they did not care. Very disappointed."

"Great service. Last month, I was in town as best man for my friend’s wedding and noticed I had an oil stain on my suit. This cleaner was the only one who said they could have it cleaned within a day, on a Friday, and they did so. Plus, they were very friendly and courteous. Wonderful experience!"
