Despite my numerous questions and specific requests, Laura took the time to listen attentively and address each one with care. Despite the fact that I was rushing her, she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. "0 stars their machines broke down so I couldn't get my clothes. I was shocked at the total lack of care. Best described as uninterested In fullfilling their service. As I was told I was paying full price. I asked if they would consider taking a small discount considering the inconvenience. The cashier replied that the owner doesn't do that. I said it's my first time here, so that's fine. Just know I'll never come back, and she was ok with that. The kicker is she never even apologized. No customer service just very apathetic expensive late bad work. Please, do not come here"

"Very friendly staff and customer service. I bring in my pants to get altered and they are very quick and do a good job. The prices are reasonable as well. $10.00 for each pair of pants and I needed a lot taken off. :)"

"this dry cleaner & the owner is the worst experience I have ever had?! I would give it no star but you can't leave a review without a rating. I brought in a $1,095.00 Giorgo Armai cashmere/silk sweater to clean and they totally destroy it?! They caused a 9 inch tear that starts from the middle of the back wrapping around the waist to the front?! I dropped off the sweater on a Sat and they call me the following Tues advising me they could not clean my sweater because of the "pre-existing" damage...took them 3 days to notice the tear?! A tear that big that I and anyone else would have clearly not missed. The owner, Bryan, refused to admit that during the 3 days my sweater was in their possession, that the damages could not have occurred at their facility. The owner refused to work with me to provide any compensation, just kept denying, denying?! I even brought in a second exactly the same sweater for comparison but apparently I, my family or my friends & coworkers are all blind and did not notice a 9 inch tear on such an expensive sweater. I have never rated any business before but this is the absolute worse customer experience I have ever had?! Be real careful if you are considering to bring anything that is even worth a $1 to this establishment...absolutely worse customer experience and crooked business I have encountered?!"
