"This is why these people are CLEANERS and not professionals! Work on your ability to communicate clearly in English if you are going to start a BUSINESS in America. They lost my husband's dress shirt 2 days before our maternity photo shoot. This was a $60 dress shirt. Luckily he bought one similar (not same) that cost $30. Owner Lupe said she will refund $30 and give us the lost shirt. 1 month later finds the shirt and asks for the $30 back. I can't return a used shirt so I'm stuck with it anyway! I'm standing at the counter and after 3 visits (I'm 36 weeks pregnant by the way) they won't give me his shirt they found bc I won't pay them $30. All I want is his original shirt back and even said let's exchange for the one I bought then bc I can't return a worn shirt! Ridiculous customer service, doesn't speak English, very poor communication and cheap. They know they're wrong."

"DONT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE she tried scamming me and tried to charge me an additional $100+ and $50 for a jacket she told me was going to be $15-$20. Our roof leaked and I brought a TON of stuff to get cleaned. For two particular jackets she told me that she wouldn’t know the price of it because she had a special guy come in. However, I asked her what the price would be when deciding whether or not to give it to her and she told me it would be no more than $15-$20. I came back to get all the clothes and suddenly the bill was $100+ more than the bill that she had given me. Throughout this whole thing a girl came in and asked for the price of dry cleaning a jacket and she told her seven dollars I immediately turned around and told the girl don’t do it and she yelled at me for talking to customers. I get its a lot of clothes but why would you try to scam instead of just being appreciative of a large job…"

"This is a really good place to bring your clothes or bedding to get dry cleaned. The owner there, Max, is extremely nice and has a great sense of humor. This store is located in the rolling ridge plaza near Peyton and Chino Avenue."

Always so nice and caring, at times have patched some of my slacks whether it’s rips or tears. without asking and always end up tipping more for their great service! Tanya the young lady who works there is a pivotal example of how customer service should be delivered always has such a great attitude and I’m in and out of the cleaners in minutes always quick too!"
