"Pros: They did a good job with my dry cleaning and prices are fair. Friendly staff and helpful. Cons: When I dropped off my suit they didn't give me pricing and receipt didn't have the price either. I had to ask before I left how much the total would be. Receipt also said to pick up the suit after 4PM and when I showed up my pants were not at the location. They were willing to drop off my pants but had to be inconvenienced by having to wait at home until they were dropped off 2 hours later. Great place and plan to go again in the future but very unprofessional in my opinion."

"All I can say is WOW & THANK YOU to this business and Oscar. They are truly focused on customer service and servicing their community. Recently, I needed same day service and unfortunately had dropped off my items at a different location thinking they would have the items same day. However, I also have a new born which makes it incredibly difficult to drive around and drop the items. Nonetheless, Lucy's Cleaners came to the rescue. They were able to pick up my items for me and take them to their facility for service. My items were perfectly dry cleaned and available in just a few hours. They seriously helped so much & I can't thank them enough. Great service for sure! Their drive/pick up service is phenomenal and extremely convenient, it is unmatched service. Im also considering their home cleaning service. Thanks again Oscar, I'm super happy with my experience."

"Communication was very prompt and met all expectations with my dry cleaning requests. As a first time customer I was gifted my own laundry bag for continued pickup/drop off needs and to my surprise my comforter came in a new storage bag. Definitely found my families new local dry cleaners."

"Do not get your jeans resized here. Experience was frustrating and horrible. Also, one of the jeans I got resized was way too tight so I basically wasted my money. I have gotten my jeans resized somewhere and they did it perfectly, but this place left a huge stitch mark on my back pockets which the owner said was necessary when resizing jeans which is not true."
