"We love it here! Cassandra does a great job with our little guy, Charlie. At other places, he’d be terrified to even go into the shop but he happily walks in whenever he has an appointment. We are super grateful for Cassandra and the great work she does!"
"I chose this groomer based on their stellar ratings and a personal recommendation. However, upon picking up my pup, I was shocked, dismayed and nauseous. I couldn't even recognize him when they brought him out. Despite our detailed discussion about our preferences, they completely disregarded them and shaved him entirely. Furthermore, the groomer suggested I return on quieter days like Monday or Tuesday, indicating they needed more time. It's frustrating they didn't communicate this beforehand. Even if the task seemed unmanageable, a heads-up would have been appreciated. I would have still paid for the attempt."
"Took my dog there for the first time. At first I wasn’t very happy because my dog was not trimmed. It was Christmas and new year times. When I called them after the holidays they gave my little poodle teddy a free trim and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. She had a golden doodle, and she told me that she had gotten the haircut from Colonies Pet Grooming in Upland. I got online found them on yelp and book a Sunday appointment, and to tell you that I am so satisfied, I have a golden doodle puppy five months old Cassandra did a wonderful job if you’re in the market for a pet groomer/Stylist give them a look!"
