"BEWARE! This place is a complete disaster. The owner and unfriendly mute staff are like sheep in wolves clothing! They razor burned our beloved puppy. He was completely traumatized by these shameful groomers. He was shaking, hurt land had a tooth knocked out and required vet visits for abuse inflicted on him by these pitiful folks who call themselves animal lovers. They’ve been reported many times before but somehow slipped through the cracks Unless you’re looking to risk your pets wellbeing - GO ELSEWHERE. Unfriendliness abounds here along with abuse & negligence. Ugh!!!!! Run as fast as you can from this place."
