"We’re new customers and were new to the area. Decided to check this place out. Dropped off our dog and they said if you’re late we charge $20 per hour. We’re having transportation issues at the moment but I figured that’s ok I’ll just pay the $20 if we need to. This lady Adrianna was super rude to my wife when she picked up our dog. Keep in my mind we picked up our dog within the hour. She was having some fit because she needs to take her son to practice. Excuse me but how is that the customers fault? If it were me I would schedule better and not get upset at the customer. Terrible service, we will not be coming back!"
"These girls at this place are super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals. I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and they were so caring towards the dogs and just talking with them keeping them calm and happy. Our dog tends to be a little nervous going to the groomers but when I picked her up she was so happy and smelled so good. It was like she had the time of her life there. Definitely plan on taking her here from now on. I highly recommend this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you girls for taking such good care of my dog as well as everyone else's."
"Love this shop. They go by appointment only so the pups don't sit all day like most places. Very clean and organized shop. Very helpful and upfront staff. They're honest about my pups grooming needs and gave us tips and tricks on upkeep at home. Highly recommend!"
"Absolutely disgusted with this place. Called to see if I can get my dogs nails trimmed since apparently there’s so “many good reviews”. The lady literally asked me what dog it was, I told her it was a pitbull and she said no because they’re strong dogs. Little does she know my pitbull is a big marshmallow and has never hurt a fly yet anyone in 11 years. Shame on this place judging by breed. If you have a big dog or any bully breed they will not accept your dog. I have never experienced this in my 15 years of owning dogs. ZERO stars if I could."
