"What's the point of online check-in to receive a covid vaccination when I have to check in again in the pharmacy! I even called beforehand and was told that checking in online is enough, and I wouldn't need to do it again at the pharmacy counter."
"I went to pick up some medication and the pharmacy technician Sylvia was so rude. I don't know why she was talking to customers that way that just need their medications. It's crazy that people like that work with the public. Then when they didn't have my prescription filled instead of saying sorry she said you want your prescription back? Wth?"
