"Motel was very quiet and room was clean. A lot of places to eat nearby, definitely recommend Black Bear Dinner."
"The room reaked of cigarettes and weed, even though it was a non-smoking room. The linens had dirt on them. There was very sketchy people and suspicious activity during our stay. There was screaming (domestic violence) at 3 o'clock in the morning. When I got back to my room after dinner, there was a roach on the wall. I just couldn't wait to leave and that's a very unfortunate feeling for paying the money we paid."
"Got a room that was near the office and the parking was for cars only. I drive a truck so I couldn't park near the room. Location was decent but homeless people where everywhere and I didn't feel safe nor did I like my truck is a spot I couldn't see it at."
"Absolutely disgusting. When we walked into the room , everything had a thick layer of dust, smelled of recent fumigation, and a dead roach on the lamp. We said you know what everything else is booked we’ll power through. Fast forward to later on, my husband was watching tv and a GERMAN ROACH scurries across the tv . We started packing our stuff and our kid was sitting eating his happy meal when my husband walked by and the same roach had either landed or went all the way down to my kid’s food. We have photo evidence of this. We took it to front desk and I believe her name is Paula and and she did not want to issue a refund and said we should’ve said something sooner. The whole place was brimmed with illegal activity it was just really bad. Thankfully we got a full refund and found a place who was willing to accommodate us the moment we told them about our situation for the night but don’t be cheap and go here. Put those extra 50-100 dollars in a different property that actually cares about their cleanliness."
"While semi was being repaired I took advantage of using my new fryer. It was easy to buy the meat as the motel is in a sm shopping plaza right off the freeway. Great for us as we had only ate feet for transportay."
