Walgreens Pharmacy

"If I can give them zero stars, I would give them a zero for the pharmacy. I am driving City to City every single pharmacy trying to fill a prescriptio. However, they are stating that they can not call another Walgreens pharmacy to confirm if they have the medication that I need for my son. They are useless refusing to help the patient instead they rather let the patient suffer having to drive city to wasting gas instead of helping the patient out calling by internally to another Walgreens and seeing if they have the prescription that we need to get filled instead of wasting gas."

"Waiting over an hour when there is one person ahead of us is unacceptable! Drive through should not take priority! Alternative back and forth, get more staff, and don't answer the phone until all people in the store have been helped. If someone on the phone needs something, they should come in like the rest of us or leave a message so they can call them back after helping those in-store. Completely mismanaged!"

"Never fails to disappoint with the horrid attitudes that the employees carry. I try over and over again to give this location the benefit of doubt, but nope. I don’t understand why work somewhere where you’ll have interactions with people. Misery loves company and that’s why the same associates linger there. Just save yourself the negativity and go elsewhere for your OTC, Prescriptions & household items."

"Super rude. I called before heading over to make sure I could make a copy of a family picture. I called before going because earlier in the week the photo equipment at another Walgreens was not working. When I called to verify they assured me they had the equipment to make the copy. I get there and the scanner is not working and thus couldn't get my copy. Not only was the scanner broken but the person who "helped" me at the photo area was very indifferent and unhelpful during the entire encounter even after I explained the situation. It turns out this rude employee is the assistant manager. She starts arguing with me and becomes extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager happens to walk by overhears our exchange and tell the assistant manager to be careful because I am recording. I wish I could upload the video! I called corporate we will see if corporate cares. Take your business elsewhere!!"

"This is a great pharmacy! They are able to fill your prescriptions quickly and take time to answer questions. Very friendly employees. I pay extra to my insurance so I can use them as my preferred pharmacy because they are so fast and helpful. I never have to wait for a drug that is"out of stock"."
