"DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible experience! I took my dog in around 12pm. They said she would be ready in two hours and that they would call me. I never got a call! I had to call them myself just for them to tell my she wasn’t ready yet to give them one more hour. Once again I waited and did not receive any call. I called again and they said she would be ready at 6pm. They took six whole hours for my pup to be ready and never communicated with me properly. In addition to this they over cut my pups hair so badly she had some cuts on her here and there around her body and to top it off they gave her back to me with fleas! She had never had fleas before this! I’m extremely unhappy with it all and would definitely not recommend this location to anyone!"
"The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They gave me back my dog with flees and he hadn’t had flees in years. Not only that, he wouldn’t stop itching until we had to take him to another groomers. Also the quality of his fur made it seem as they definitely used some sort of cheap soap on him. And on top of all that, they took 5 hours to be done. Honestly ridiculous and would never recommend coming here"
"Very bad service, I left my Yorkie and they cut his hair so bad. The picture in the car supermarket was before I bring my dog to this places and the picture where I have red dress was how they bring my dog back."
"They did such a half hearted job on my dog. I took my yorkie here and they did not live up to their recommendations. For starters we got there at 1:30 for her scheduled appointment we made a day prior and we didn't get her back until 5:50! Keep in mind they close at 6. Only after the numerous times we called (4 times), did they remember to return her to us, which brings me to my next point of how mediocre of a job they did on her. Her fur was cut unevenly, she was still wet and they didn't even cut her nails despite us paying for full service, ridiculous! We couldn't even ask questions because by the time we got there, the were already closing. Last time I'll ever go back here, so unprofessional."
"Terrible job on my dog they cut gouges out of her fur and they didn't finish trimming her tail! They said 2 to 3 hours after the 3rd hr I called and they said 1 more hr. 10 mins later I called to cancel and reschedule for another day, and they said Oh she's finished! It's obvious they rushed her cut. Horrible place! Go somewhere else!"
