"Transcontinental was amazing in relocating my dog. Timothy was responsive, answering my questions over the weekend and in the evenings. He didn't miss a single detail. Due to COVID, routes were constantly changing, but Timothy was able to stay ahead of the changes and would quickly propose alternate routes that got my dog to me in the most direct way possible. Other companies were proposing extremely long flights with multiple layovers that would have been exhausting and stressful for my pup. I had to arrange for a vet health check over time zones and bad internet. Tim went above and beyond and found a vet close to my mom’s house that would upload the health certificate online so we could meet the certificate validity period. I emailed Tim an hour after the vet appointment to tell him that my dog’s appointment went well, and he told me that he had already followed up with the vet and was double-tracking the USDA application from his side. Timothy was extremely professional, courteous, and personable. I would absolutely recommend anyone moving their pets to go with Transcontinental. The price was competitive, and the service was excellent. Our family is so happy to have our puppy with us again."
