"Our pup had a chronic illness that led to an emergency situation on Christmas Day. The staff and Vet were so knowledgeable and compassionate. We had to let him go that day and couldn’t be more grateful to them. Thank you for the card with paw prints and all your hand written condolences. "I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for CASE Animal Hospital the exceptional care and support they have provided to my baby Ginza during his battle with inflammatory bowel disease. Very grateful to Dr. Green’s unwavering dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on our Ginzabear. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with warmth and compassion. CASE Animal Hospital demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and knowledge, offering thorough explanations and guidance throughout the current and future treatment process. Their commitment to understanding and addressing my dog's unique needs reassured me that he was in the best possible hands. We decided to have endoscopy procedure to determine what is the cause of IDB (inflammatory bowel disease) we drop our dog off on Wednesday a day before procedure. We felt safe knowing that this facility was 24 hours so there is always staff on site. The staff was so nice to keep us updated and even took multiple pictures for us at different times of the night. My dog is on the road to recovery, and I attribute much of his progress to the exceptional care he received. A sincere thank you for going above and beyond for our baby Ginza's well-being. "The facility is very new, clean and neat. They provide water and some snacks for the pet-parents. They also have small treats for the pets! We didn’t wait too long when we took our dog in at night, and our dog got treated right away. They even followed up to check on our dog’s condition after a week. Thank you CASE animal hospital!"

"Brought my dog in due to him having mobility issues and when I got him in he was able to walk in although he struggled a bit. They took him back and I waited almost an hour before I got any news just to have the emergency vet have a stoic look when telling me my furbaby could have spinal disc disease. I was scrambling to find a way to pay for the hospitalization and to run some tests. Once I had to make the heart breaking decision to take him home due to the fact I didn't have enough for the full vet bill. I had the vet come back and talk to me still a bit stoic and not seeming like he's caring about my dog more about me staying there to pay. The only person that was an absolute angel throughout the whole thing was their vet tech that was there on 1/1/24. She gave me advice that if I couldn't afford it and that their best next step was to get a consult with neurology. After requesting to be sent home with pain medication it took about an 2 hours and a half before I got him back. Once I did get him back he was no longer able to stand up or even use his hind legs as opposed to when we got there. I'm not sure what the exam did to make him so hurt that he couldn't even use his legs anymore but would never take my dog back here. Not only that they were charging me 7k for everything when I got all the tests done at Rise Pet Health for 4k with a much caring and compassionate staff."

"I took my dog in to confirm she had passed and they immediately asked if we wanted to preform CPR and they told my family that it was going to be $900 after they already started. We were disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed to us they just threw it on us to do CPR even if she had already passed. We immediately asked them to stop because that was too expensive for the smallest chance of getting her back. When the doctor came in you could immediately tell he had no interest in answering our questions and kept reaching for the door when I had to tell him I wasn’t done asking questions and kept telling us we had to ask the technician even though the receptionist had previously told us the doctor would answer all of our questions. It really left us with the impression that he was upset that we decided not to pay the $900. Definitely made me feel like he’s money hungry and wanted to scam us out a quick buck. He even said it himself she was dead by the time he got her. Once the technician came in she was a wonder. That’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. She clearly is carrying the team. Bri was amazing, very compassionate, and honest. Although she couldn’t tell us herself how much the price was going to be, she took it upon herself to ask. She made our grieving process a lot easier and gave us the chance to clearly think what choice we wanted to make. She needs a raise."
