"I can not give lower than one star. Think they are trying kill my dog. I called in to get medicine renewed which I was told by vet to do when necessary. Had to call 4 times in 48 hours only be told had bring in a week. She could choke to death by then. Go to community vet in Garden Grove they care, these jerk do not"
"I took my dog to be cremated. First, they asked me to carry her in; but when I asked if someone can help me, the man at the front desk met me at my car and had a plastic bag and told me that I had to put her in it. He carried it like it was a bag of garbage. I did, but it was very emotional for me. I would have thought that they would have a cart and that they would place her on it. To me this is very unprofessional and that I will not be coming back to this vet again, when I do get another dog. She was family and would you want your loved one treated like garbage."
"First time visit-everyone was friendly-and front desk was very helpful and answered my questions. The Dr and vet tech were very nice and explained what was happening and recommendations for care of a male cat. Overall great impression. Thank you guys!"
"Nice and clean attend pretty well. Vet explained and treated my dog well. I was a bit nervous going in since it was my first time here because I have a big dog. He was full of energy at the time coming in, staff is well trained to deal with these situations. Its just a bit more further than my local vet."
