"I come here often because it’s close to home. I had a prescription refilled that had to be ordered which took a couple of days. I called to see if it was ready and they told me it was canceled. The person I was speaking to just handed the phone off to another person without telling me which is rude in general. The other person just started yelling at me as soon as the phone was handed over. Getting extremely aggressive and violent for absolutely no reason AT ALL. I literally didn’t even get to say hello before being berated. She was so nasty and so rude it disgusted me. Her name is Dawn. I’m not sure whats wrong with her but that’s not my problem. I’m just here to get my medicine, that I’m paying for. Why don’t you pick a crowd of people that don’t have medical problems."
