"The employees have great customer service but be prepared to get charged for everything on Banfields Membership plan. If your pet doesn’t cooperate before surgery they will charge you for everything they used regardless if the surgery was not performed and regardless if you’re on their membership plan. It will be a cycle and you will keep getting charged every visit until your pet cooperates."
