"I tried to cancel my dog's membership because my pet died. They didn't let me cancel until the year round passes, So if your pet passes away, you will have to still pay for whatever time remains in the "contac", no matter for how long you have made business with Banfield. They will keep taking money away from you. And.... Did you know that if you go through an emergency with your dog, banfield can't help you? You have to go to a real pet hospital where they can admit your pet and you pay for those emergency services as well. Banfield is a scam."
"They are pretty busy and have a lot of dogs to attend to everyday . So they can come across a little bit short on customer service but their actual veterinary care is fine and I have had no issues the past few years I have been going to banfield especially at this location."
