"I had taken my cat to a DIFFERENT clinic for possible urinary blockage which can be fatal in male cats – that other clinic charged about $400 for ultrasound and medications...a couple weeks later I was back at that clinic...same treatment and cost. When the issue returned a couple weeks later (it always came back after the medication ended) I decided to go to Dr. Lee instead. After the exam, the staff presented a ***suggested*** list of treatment items (medicine, foods, etc.) and made sure I understood I didn't have to choose everything they listed, so I chose only those things I wanted them to do, including an alternative medicine (injection) since the previous treatments at the other clinic didn't work long term. Dr. Lee talked to me after treating my cat to explain what he did, and the tech Dianna helped me understand which medications to give him and when, and was very kind and helpful. My beautiful boy hasn't had an issue since. We just took our puppy to them this week...she had eaten something toxic and couldn't stop throwing up. They treated her immediately and sent us home with medications...and this morning she is back to normal. I am very grateful for Dr. Lee and his staff. I think some of the other reviewers don't understand that the facility is small so they can't go in the back with their pets–this might freak some people out, but Dr. Lee and staff truly care about all the pets that come in their clinic. I trust them implicitly with my pets and know that when I take them in, they'll be loved on and cared for."
