"I can’t even get a hold of anyone in the pharmacy and when I do, they just say “I’ll be right with you” I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes. This is horrible customer service and for a pharmacy to treat patients that need their medicine like this should be illegal."
"Medicine out of stock, after ordering it on Friday. Would not let me refill earlier. Now have only four tablets for two days. Tried calling nicely but placed on hold three times and got answered then they pharmacy hung up on me. Tried the chat and they said out of stock and call my pharmacy. They told me to contact the store manager or pharmacy manager of the hang ups. Which I will. Also reporting this to my insurance agent. Also have appointments with my doctor soon and report this to him.too"
"What ever you do don’t get your medication here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, very unprofessional, very slow, took us over an hour to get two meds for our son, and we were not the only ones complaining. Long line and rude."
