"This place is a joke, a money pit. Took my dog dog there, and they took him to the back. They came back telling me they could not check him out because he was swollen. They charged me $450.00 and refused to give me an itemized bill. Highway robbery, opportunists, and scam artists. Will never go there again. Save your money and go to Anchor Clinic."
"First, I want to say that the staff is always professional and courteous, and I appreciate them. Dr. Sahai is a price gouger, and I'm sick of it. I feel he takes advantage of situations and overcharges, especially if it's an urgent matter, knowing you can't get a second opinion. He charges exorbitant fees for labs and astronomical fees for surgical procedures. Thankfully, I found a new veterinarian who performed the procedure on my dog for 1/4 the cost that Dr. Sahai quoted me. It would be wise to check around and find an honest and professional vet like I did. Obviously, I would not recommend Cottage Pet Hospital."
"I found out about this clinic when a stray I was feeding got injured. They truly took care of me and the kitty (now known as Walter). They informed me with my options and proceeded only after my approval. Since then I have adopted Walter and unfortunately he is a clumsy boi and a regular at Cottage Pet Hospital. I appreciate this clinic very much."
