"I was early to my appointment and was able to get checked a little earlier than my appointment time. The vet didn’t walk in til like 45-50 minutes later. I would understand if there were others there but I was the only one in the clinic. I could also hear him on the other side doing things and the vet technicians speaking with him. I’m not sure why I was seen so late. The actual vet visit was a little awkward and started off a little tense for me. I didn’t really feel comfortable asking him questions as the questions I would ask he answered in an annoyed voice. I came to the clinic bc of the great reviews but was really disappointed. Even checking out was a long wait :( the vet technicians were nice and sweet."

"First visit was told to come 1 hour earlier, but when I arrived early was seen 1.5 hours late… Also have not received a received for my payment (which i need to file for insurance claim) or quote for my dog’s dental surgery for over a week and a half despite following up three times. The vet seems great but the customer service couldnt be more disorganized… I was hoping this place would work out since it’s so close to my home, but will have to find somewhere else to go."

"The generosity and help of Dr. Eric and the clinic staff were very helpful for my family's lovely retriever, Summer. They helped us understand each other and become a closer and happier family. Although I studied through various articles and YouTube, my family and I were not as prepared as we thought we were. Like most beginners, we made several mistakes and were in need of a helping hand. They explained to me in detail what I needed to know about raising a pet. They described what I needed to be careful about. Whenever I visited the hospital, the staff would always reassure and calm Summer down with loving eyes and a soft tone. Not only are they very professional, friendly, and cautious about their work, their cooperation and work ethic are fantastic. I really recommend this hospital to anyone who owns a dog or a cat. "I just got a goldendoodle puppy a month ago and feel so blessed to have found Acadia Vet Clinic near my home. I discovered them by just driving by one day and thought I'd stop in to check them out. With an unexpected drop in visit, you never know what kind of greeting you're going to get. Candy stopped what she was doing and filled me in on all the shots and the like that a new puppy would need. With that warm first impression, I decided to bring Finn in for his first check up with the vet. Dr. Eric spent about an hour with Finn and I on that first visit. He patiently answered all my new puppy questions with a smile and enthusiasm. I've been in several times now getting Finn all of his vaccinations. Every time, I've been pleased with the friendly, welcoming staff and environment."
