Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino

"The room itself is clean but no AC so we had to open the window at night, which is fine since it’s still relatively cool during early spring. I can’t imagine staying here during hotter seasons though. Other than no AC, the biggest issue we have during our stay is the front desk staff. We were told that we would get free breakfasts by the front desk. I even called in the morning to confirm. Guess what? When we are done, we are billed for three breakfasts for our party of four because only ONE breakfast is free. Nobody care to let us know before we start eating. What is the point of confirming with the staff? When I asked the front desk about it, the woman in the front (I believe she is the staff I spoke on the phone with who told me our room comes with free breakfast) didn’t even seem apologetic about it. She was just smiling at me explaining that it only comes with one breakfast despite her not specifying on the phone 30 minutes prior. 0/10 for the front desk lady who worked in the morning of 03/09/2024. Please be more transparent about things like this. No one wants to be surprised with a bill they didn’t expect."

"Great hotel. Loved the location and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Service was great and location was very convenient and quiet. Monette and Desiree had great service! Thank you for a great stay. Definitely will return."

"Won't be staying again for 2 reasons. 1. Rooms don't have heat? 2. Morning wait staff gave themselves (or the person who enters the transaction) a little bit more of a tip then I had written. I get it, in total it was less then $5 for my total stay. But, it's the principle (and, do they do that to everyone, if so, that could be some coin!). 3. Bonus... slowest elevator ever!?"

"Stayed here for three nights and the hotel wouldn't even clean our room or replenish amenities a single time. I called to request room cleaning and the front desk denied that I ever called. I asked for towels and toilet paper, but I was told to get them myself. That's definitely a first for me from the numerous hotels I've stayed at. I would not recommend at all. There are plenty of other options in the area."

"We had a great weekend at Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino. We stayed two night and got a double queen room. The facilities are modern, new and clean. It has plenty of parking space and parking is free. The lobby and restaurant are airy and modern. The grounds are meticulously maintained. It is conveniently located across from Apple headquarters and next to a strip mall with several restaurants and coffee tea shops. The gym is small but clean. The rooms were spacious, modern furnishings and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful."
