"We have stayed at the Cupertino Hotel numerous times. This stay was far worse than our previous stays. Our bathroom sink leaked, the bathroom exhaust fan made horrible noises, the shower was awful and the electrical receptacle didn't work. During our previous stays breakfast included hot meals and the happy hour included a variety of hors douevres. This time there wasn't any hot food for breakfast and a single plate of salami and cheese slices during happy hour. We requested early check in when we made our reservation. We did not get early check in and were later told that there was an additional charge for it. We requested a crib with bedding. We received the crib but no bedding, just an infant blanket. The computer workstation has never worked. It cannot access the internet. Any document we needed had to be emailed to the front desk to be printed. We will never stay at the Cupertino Hotel again."

"Great place. We had 2 rooms. One updated and one that needed to be updated but wasn't bad. We asked for a pack n play and it was brought up within 5 minutes. They have a free happy hour of wine beer and soda. For breakfast they have toast fruit cereal and muffins. Does seem they are updating it but will definitely stay again."

"Pros: very large rooms and centrally/conveniently located. The staff is also friendly, as any hotel's staff rightly should be. The price also includes a GMO breakfast, but if you don't want or need breakfast, there's no value. Cons: This hotel is NOT a 4 star - period! It is a 2.5 to 3-star at best. Right there, I feel mislead and over charged, so I almost gave this hotel a 1-star for over-promising and under-delivering. The hotel and especially the finishes in the rooms are old and extremely dingy, dirty, and worn. Big stains exist everywhere on the flat, dirty carpet I would never walk on without shoes on. The headboards and all other furniture are scratched and worn; the bathroom door hook is hanging off, and most of all, the walls are PAPER thin. I could hear literally ever cough, word, and movement from the guests in the adjoining room. Based on the other reviews, most if not all rooms are adjoining. Also, we needed to refrigerate a few items, but unfortunately the fridge buzzed loudly all night long. The old, discolored heater was also loud. The TV is small, only has basic cable, and it is not wall-mounted. So, if you want to watch TV from bed, you better lay flat to see the low TV screen that's almost at bed level. Besides the gross, stained carpet, the rickety old lamps and headboards I didn't want my head or hair anywhere near, the part that really grossed me out was the clear, soupy gelatin in the bathroom "lotion" dispenser that made me wonder whether the cleaners had watered down the lotion to make it stretch. What the heck is this stuff??? There are better places to stay for the money."

"I hate to leave poor reviews but I feel like it’s important to call out that this really isn’t a 4-star hotel. 3-star, maybe even 2.5 depending on your room. The room wasn’t very clean, stained carpets, taped shower curtain rod. It was also incredibly loud in the sense that you can hear everything that happens in the adjoining rooms. I tried two rooms, both of which had adjoining rooms with other guests in them. The noise travels so clearly through the wall/adjoining door that I could clearly hear every TV show, phone call, shower, sigh (not exaggerating). I got one hour of sleep and moved to a different hotel the next day. The rooms are big though, and the staff was generally friendly. Free breakfast is a nice amenity although I didn’t partake. If you’re a heavy sleeper, maybe you’ll be fine, but I think there are nicer hotels nearby with similar prices."

"Good location, rooms are huge and have everything you might need. Breakfast everyday is just yummy… the pool is really nice and I would just say it’s a bummer there’s not a trash can anywhere but the lobby (and your room)… Room service is available, and I would say a little bit more light in each room… I was having a hard time getting all the lights in just to be able to work in the mornings! But other than that, housekeeping was really nice and attentive"
